Don’t work to manage change.
Manage to make change work for you.

Pocket Change:

“Don’t be too timid and squeamish about your actions. All life is an experiment. The more experiments you make the better.”― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Barb's Comment:
Barb’s Comment: If your life was like mine, the attempt to crush experimentation started very early. Experimenting “wasted” things- ingredients, time, attention. Experimenting was a messy, unproductive thing in the eyes of teachers and other adults. Handing in perfect work, that was rewarded. Now we need to unlearn the negative bias we may have about trying and failing and trying again. Let’s just fail forward and faster than ever before so we can see where experimenting can lead us.
